Journal Papers

We accept journal submissions at any time, or based on the schedule given on any specific Call for Material.

Our review process is quite simple, and we never charge for submissions, reviews or acceptances:

  • You always submit the FULL paper, not an abstract. Usual page range is 8-18 A4 pages,       1 1/2 line spacing, and consistent with our format requirements.
  • We will acknowledge receipt and assign a tracking number.
  • We will firstly review your material in-house and, when we believe it is meritorious, we will send it for an external double-blind peer review, to be completed within 20 days.
  • If we do not believe this material suits our journal, we will let you know within 10 days after submission.
  • If the reviewers return favourable comments, we will send you any revision requests within 30 days of submission, and we expect the final submission back within 14 days.
  • The material will then be assigned a journal issue, and print as per that schedule. 
  • We will send you an official acceptance letter and citation details for your material, once it has been published.
  • It is presumed that you have read and agreed to, our Copyright Statement, which governs all submissions to our journal.

We will stick to our time frames, but we also expect that you do the same at your end.
