Our Journal editions are posted here . All of our online version are available at no cost, and you are allowed to print 1 copy for your personal use. You are NOT allowed to duplicate or distribute our online material, or to use it for commercial or school/teaching use. To purchase the right for commercial or school/teaching use contact us.
We print small runs of hardcopy editions of our Journal and sell those in our publication store. They are priced including postage, always in packs of 2, and payable pay PayPal worldwide. We price these issue realistically to reflect the workload for a small number of hardcopy issues printed - in a market where electronic delivery is the expected standard.
School/Teaching/Commercial Use
Aside from your own material, you need our permission to use any of the Journal's material for commercial use, or for school/teaching purposes. We charge a nominal, low fee for individual papers/cases you might wish to use, or for whole editions. We also allow for self-distribution of purchased/licensed material from us, so that you can distribute our material to your students as you need - and without being involved.
